Neil Findlay MSP, in partnership with West Lothian Foodbank has organised a special community screening of the award winning and powerful film ‘I Daniel Blake’. The screening will take place at Deans Community High School on the 27th March at 7.30pm and will be followed up by a discussion after the film, the cost is free.

Neil Findlay MSP said:

This film is one of the most moving and powerful films you will ever see. It is a searing indictment on the inhumane changes to our welfare system; most notoriously via the cruel sanctions regime.

I would urge anyone who has not seen it to come and see this film. For those who have seen the film I would urge them to come and see it again and take part in the discussion that follows along with representatives from West Lothian foodbank and the poverty alliance.
