Local MSP Neil Findlay was the guest speaker at the West Lothian Unison AGM last week.
He joined Unison members to discuss the impact of cuts to public services.
The AGM was a great opportunity for Unison members who work in council services to discuss the issues that are affecting them in the workplace and beyond.
Neil Findlay MSP said:
“With local government spending cut to the bone, and our public services on their knees, there has never been a more important time to join a trade union.
“Events like this one shows that there is strength in numbers when it comes to making effective change.
“I would like to thank West Lothian Unison branch for inviting me to speak at their AGM.
