Park home owners were in Parliament last week asking local MSP Neil Findlay to help them with their campaign to end the 10% commission charge paid to landowners of Park home sites when they sell their home. They told MSPs that paying 10% commission to the landowners was unfair and unjust.
Neil Findlay MSP said:
I was delighted to meet park home owners in Parliament last week and I will definitely be helping them with their campaign. Charging 10% commission on sales of properties is clearly an unfair and exploitative practice that needs outlawed.
I will certainly be making that case to the Scottish Government and would hope that see the merits of this case in order to end this practice as soon as possible.
