MSP Marks Holocaust Memorial Day

The Holocaust Memorial Day Trust was present in the Scottish Parliament last week to meet MSPs. Local MSP Neil Findlay met with representatives of the Trust and heard about the work that they do and how Holocaust Memorial Day Trust is intended to help people learn the lessons from the past.

Neil Findlay MSP said:

It was a privilege to speak to people from the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust. They do a wonderful job reminding people of the horrors and evils of the holocaust and genocide and most importantly how we learn from the past.

In today’s uncertain world it is a message of tolerance, respect and peace that we must promote on this day of all days.
